HISTORY:                               Mike Gingerich began his career in 1975, working side by side with his Dad on area footings and foundations. With this exposure to the building industry, he quickly decided to focus his attention on home building. At eighteen, he built his first home.  Mike has built over a hundred custom homes in the Tidewater market --- and is currently building in six subdivisions.

CHAIRMAN/CEO:                 Mike Gingerich founded Wilmik Homes, Inc. with the desire to create innovative and graceful architecture.  His distinctive style features the blending of traditional, classic exteriors with open, contemporary floor plans.  Erik Zimmerman, BIS Business, University of Virginia, established Wilmik-Zimmerman Homes to promote its core values and dedication for excellence.

DESCRIPTION:                      Wilmik Homes, Inc. is a full-service building company with an in-house architect and engineer relationship, a warranty support team and a staff ready to meet any homeowner need.  The company specializes in coordinating the design/build approach with each subdivision and its homeowners.  The homes appeal to those who value sound design and custom touches that make a home both comfortable and memorable.  Working with pre-qualified custom tradesman, each home exhibits exceptional design and craftsmanship.
